Aduana Stars ban Voice FM's Sports Journalist from NAB1 Park




Dormaa based Ghana premier league club Aduana Stars have banned Krobea Asante from the Nana Agyemang Badu I Sports stadium in the ongoing NC Special Competition.

The ban comes after some section of the supporters believed that his reportage to some media stations outside the region during their match with Medeama SC on Wednesday April 24, 2019 in the NC Special Competition led to their home ban by the Normalization Committee.

The Chief Executive officer of the Club, Mr Albert Ayitey Yaya Commey confirmed the decision of the club when speaking on Voice FM Sports in Dormaa.

"I personally kept quite about this issue but complains keep coming, so it is better to sit in the studio. We can not guarantee his safety when he come to the NAM1 park during our matches"

Krobea Asante in an interview with King Solomon Asiedu on Sunyani based Akonoba FM, when asked about any physical attack from the supporters he said he has not been attacked physically by any supporter.

"To be honesty with you I have not been attacked but I heard they wanted to attack me some days ago, so I have been indoors for sometime now. Even I am seriously sick since the issue came and due to that have not been able to work"

Aduana Stars were temporarily banned by the Ghana Football Association Normalizations Committee after some reported attacks on some officials of Medeama Sporting Club.
